Imagine any Saturday at 4329 Gregory Street, waking with so many options before you: a quick morning workout at Anasa  Yoga or Planet Fitness, brunch at Sequoia Diner or Grand Lake Kitchen, tending to the raised garden beds or hosting an afternoon barbecue in your welcoming backyard, or game-night with friends in your spacious living room while enjoying the large picture window and wood-burning fireplace.

Built for the life you want to live, 4239 Gregory has all the quintessential components of a classic mid-century rancher. Gutted in 2013, walls were opened to make a seamless open-concept living space that is both sophisticated for elegant entertaining and cozy for movie nights and pizza. Smooth hardwood floors, an airy modern kitchen, major system upgrades, energy-conserving features, and plenty of storage space offer the cherries on top. This was Kara and William's dream home and is only on the market because Kara was offered a dream job across the country.
